Burglar/Intruder Alarms

All Burglar/Intruder alarm systems are designed, installed and maintained by JC Lock & Safe to comply with British & European standards, NACOSS codes of practice and ACPO Police Force Policies.

We have installed and maintain installations ranging from small domestic systems to large commercial systems.

These systems have a range of signalling methods i.e.

Audible Only (Bells Only).

Speech Diallers to dial up to 8 phone numbers (NOT POLICE).

And for Police Response systems either a Digital Communicator, Redcare or Dualcom.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

With the rapid development of CCTV in the UK JC Lock & Safe closely monitor developments in the market place.

With the advent of new technology, cameras can now have built in Infra-Red lighting at a fraction of the cost 10 years ago.

Capture of images can now be recorded onto a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) with out the need for a VCR or tapes.

The images can then be archived by either burning them onto CD/DVD by using the built in CD/DVD burner or by transferring them onto a USB flash drive via the USB port.

One of the main advantages of a DVR as opposed to a VCR is that you no longer have to change the tapes daily, the DVR will keep recording to it's HDD (Hard Disk Drive). The length of time the DVR will record will depend on what size HDD is installed, and how many cameras are on the system.

The cost of a DVR as opposed to a VCR with multiplexer is considerably less.
